CSA-Z462 will be based on NFPA 70E, modified for use in Canadian workplaces. The objective is to have a Canadian standard that is compatible with the U.S. Code. Once CSA -Z462 is released, it will be considered a voluntary standard until it is officially adopted by the Federal or Provincial governments of Canada. We will have more information about CSA-Z462 as it becomes officially available.
The DuraLabel PRO label printer is able to print arc flash labels and signs that will be in compliance with CSA-Z462.
