Arc Flash Labeling Supplies
SAVE! With the DuraLabel PRO NFPA 70E Arc Flash Labeling Starter Kit
Our most popular machine for printing arc flash labels is the DuraLabel PRO. This page describes the arc flash labeling supplies available for the DuraLabel PRO. Please give us a call if you need supplies for other label printers. We stock supplies for label printers made by DuraLabel, Varitronics, Kroy, K-Sun, Brother, Panduit, RayChem and others. In most cases supplies can be shipped the same day we receive your order.
Why is the DuraLabel PRO so popular? One of the reasons is that with the DuraLabel PRO you'll be buying your labeling supplies direct from the manufacturer. This results savings of 30-50% in the cost of supplies vs. comparable machines made by others. You get the same or better quality labeling materials and save money!
DuraLabel PRO labels are chemical resistant, UV (sunlight) resistant, water resistant and scratch resistant. Several types of materials are available for making arc flash warning labels using the DuraLabel PRO.
Die-Cut Arc Flash Labels
All die-cut arc flash labels for the DuraLabel PRO are 4" x 6" in size. They are available in several types.
As shown to the left, two header options are available, WARNING labels with an orange background stripe and DANGER labels with a red background stripe.
In addition to English, the DANGER labels are available in Spanish and French. The Spanish language labels do not include lines preprinted on the label. The software included with the DuraLabel PRO can print labels in English, Spanish, or French.
DuraLabel die-cut labels come in rolls of 200 labels.
Continuous Vinyl
Any of the DuraLabel PRO continuous vinyl supplies can be used to make arc flash labels. Continuous tapes are available in widths from 1/2" up to 4 inches. With continuous vinyl, labels can be made as long as needed. Unlike die-cut labels, which have a specified length, there is no set length for labels made with continuous vinyl. The photo at left shows an arc flash label printed on orange continuous vinyl tape.
Single-color tapes can be combined to print larger labels. For instance, a header could be printed on 2" wide orange tape, and the body of the label printed on 4" wide white tape. The two tapes are stacked, one above the other, when they are applied to equipment. The result is a label (or sign) that is 6 inches tall and as wide as necessary.
Two-color continuous vinyl is a third option for making arc flash labels. This vinyl tape is white, with either a red or orange header across the top of the tape. Two-color vinyl tapes are available with the following stripe sizes:
| Tape Width | Stripe Size |
| 4" | 1/2" |
| 4" | 3/4" |
| 4" | 1" |
| 4" | 1-3/16" |
